Fragile
All valuables should be treated as if they were fragile. Clock cases, sterling silver, china, and framed pictures all must be properly handled. The works of the clock are very robust, it was built to work under heavy loads and in many instances has lasted over 100 years. With the pendulum removed and the clock prevented from running no damage can occur in shipping.

Discription
The description is to the best of our knowledge complete and correct.
Guarantee
All items are guaranteed to be as described and may be returned for full refund, excluding shipping costs, within five days. Customer pays the freight both ways.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 5 days of order. We very often think it is best to run the clock for a few days under observation before it is shipped.
All items are packed by us and shipped either UPS or US mail whichever is less expensive.
We will charge $20.00 for the labor and materials to pack the average item. It is more for wall clocks and larger items. But the amount more will represent our real costs. We will also charge the actual cost of shipment by UPS or mail. If you need an estimate check http://www.ups.com. We are in area code 01985 and the total weight for an average shelf clock is 20 pounds. The cost of 20 pounds from here, in the Boston area, to California is less than $25.00 including $600.00 insurance. Beware that the big marble clocks could weigh over 40 pounds before packing.
With shipping costs this low you cannot afford regular trips to the New England area.
